There will be loss instead of gain of "Tickets Treats". ; A Gathering in Street from an occupied square (by another CandiesCollectors) on a piece of the "Game Board" is done fairly procedurally. ; Proceeding to step (2) indicates acceptance of a Gathering in Street by the CandiesCollectors. ; ADVICE: - Do not attempt a Gathering in Street against another CandiesCollectors if you are not sure you have ... ... at least 90% chance of closing it with a "successful" OR "equalization" state (and even then, really aim for the "successful" state, an "equalization" state will be punitive anyway ... ... less punitive than a "failed" state but still punitive. - Starting with a lot of "Tokens Masks" is sometimes better than going in "YOLO mode" (@_@). - Don't be greedy, the treats are worth it, but sometimes the risk is too great (T_T). 2) The Gathering in Street imposes these analyses 2.a) Each CandiesCollectors involved in the Gathering in Street will have a role to play. ; During a Gathering in Street : ~~ "The Defiance" will be the role given to the CandiesCollectors that has triggered a Gathering in Street. ~~ "The Competition" will be the role given to the CandiesCollectors who will be the target and therefore victim of this instance of Gathering in Street. ~~ The role given to the two CandiesCollectorss will be valid for the entire duration of this instance of Gathering in Street. ; This was for a bit of theory and for role definition. ; Go to step (3) 3) La Gathering in Street impose ces analyses 3.a) Chaque CandiesCollectors impliqué dans la Gathering in Street aura un rôle à jouer. ; Lors d'une Gathering in Street : ~~ En cas de terminaison de la Gathering in Street avec un état "réussie" ... ... "The Defiance" ne peut pas choisir combien de "Tickets Friandises" seront subtilisés à "The Competition". ~~ En cas de terminaison de la Gathering in Street avec un état "réussie" par "The Defiance" ... ... "The Competition" cannot choose how many "Tickets Treats" will be lost and given to "The Defiance". ~~ "Pre-Subtilization Rate" will be the TERM given to this value. ~~ And to define the value of "Pre-Subtilization Rate", it must be done in this manner: ~~ simply take the numerical value of the "Tokens Movements" drawn in Phase 1 of the "The Defiance" Game Turn. ... to which the possible modifiers (+ or -) from the "Tokens Movements" effect granted by the "Sheets Costumes" have been applied (only if "The Defiance" had any in its Inventory at that time) ... ... if "The Defiance" had no "Sheets Costumes" at that time, then, ... ... "Pre-Subtilization Rate" will just be equal to the exact numerical value that the "Tokens Movements" had at that time. ; In terms of recall, this value was set in the Move Phase during the current Game Turn, so the value will be derived from the situation that was encountered here: --- Play a game in standard version : { Procedure for a Game Turn } --- => ### Phase 1 ### DÉPLACEMENT INITIAL. ~~ but if "The Defiance" does not remember the value that was set at that time, ... ... then, "Pre-Subtilization Rate" will simply default to the number 1 ... ... (and no modifiers from "Sheets Costumes" will be able to alter this default value, at least this applies to the current Gathering in Street). ; Next: ~~ "The Defiance" must draw a "Tickets Tricks" as stipulated in the chapter ... ... --- Understanding, mechanic and structure of a game => [Component relative to "Tickets Tricks"]. IMPORTANT: Whether "The Defiance" has "Tickets Tricks" in its Inventory, or not, makes no difference, ... ... "The Defiance" is not allowed to use the "Tickets Tricks" available in its Inventory. ~~ "Panic Rate" will be the TERM given to this value. ~~ Gardez en mémoire le "Taux de Panique" et ... ... return the "Tickets Tricks" to the "Tickets Tricks" pile as described in section ... ... --- Understanding, mechanic and structure of a game => [Component relative to "Tickets Tricks"]. ; Then : ~~ Finally, we will define the number of "Tickets Treats" that "The Defiance" AND "The Competition" will place under Engagement. ~~ This will be defined with a simple addition ... ... "Pre-Subtilization Rate" + "Panic Rate". ~~ "Subtilized Treats" will be the TERM given to the final value of the addition. ; This was for a bit of theory and for defining the value of "Tickets Treats" under Commitment when Gathering in Street. ; When a Gathering in Street gets to this stage ... ... it is IMPOSSIBLE AND FORBIDDEN TO STOP THE PROCEDURE: continue the Gathering in Street at all costs, go to step (4) ! 4) The Gathering in Street can begin 4.a) Now that everything is ready for ; The Gathering in Street: ~~ "The Defiance" as well as "The Competition" have entered the "Blue Scare" stage ~~ The "Blue Scare" stage is simply a reference name given to the stage that ... ... will be to offer a bid between "The Defiance" and "The Competition". ~~ At the end of the "Blue Scare", the "Tickets Treats" under Commitment will be analyzed and redistributed according to the status of the termination of the Gathering in Street. ; This was for a bit of theory and for the definition of the "Blue Rust" stage. ; Go to step (5) 5) Here, the Gathering in Street has entered the "Pre-Blue Bush" stage 5.a) Different options and actions can be taken from here for "The Competition". ; "The Competition": ~~ May decide to flee from the Gathering in Street ( action: {DESERT} ) OR ~~ May accept the challenge of the Gathering in Street ( action: {CHALLENGE} ) ; If "The Competition" chooses the action {DESERTION}, then go to step (7.a). ; If "The Competition" chooses the {TERROR} action, then proceed to step (6). 6) Here, the Gathering in Street has entered the "Blue Scare" stage 6.a) The goal is simple, it is a OVERBID (think to auction logics). ; The OVERBID will define which of the two parties will stick a "Blue Scare" to the other, "The Defiance" or on the contrary "The Competition" ? ; During this OVERBID : | [1] On the table | ; Is defined by mutual agreement between "The Defiance" and "The Competition" a small place. ; This small place, which will be called during this instance of "Blue Scare" an area "Area of Sacrifice", will then be fictitiously separated into two sides. ; One side in the "Area of Sacrifice" will be for the "OVERBID" of "The Defiance". ; Another side in the "Area of Sacrifice" zone will be for the "OVERBID" of the "Competition". ; It is in this common area but in their respective side that "The Defiance" and "The Competition" will offer their OVERBID. | [2] OVERBID of "The Defiance | ; "The Defiance" begins the bidding by choosing any of the "Tokens Masks" in its Inventory. ; "The Defiance" places this chosen "Tokens Masks" in the space defined by HIS side of the "Sacrifice Area" (decided in (6.a:[1]) for "The Defiance") ; Modifiers for "Sheets Costumes" in the Inventory of "The Defiance" are NEVER applicable here. ; Modifiers for the "Sheets Costumes" in the Inventory of "The Defiance" are NEVER applicable here. ; If "The Defiance" has no "Tokens Masks" in its Inventory it still continues the process. | [3] OVERBID of "The Competition | ; "The Competition" begins the auction by choosing any of the "Tokens Masks" in its Inventory. ; "The Competition" places this chosen "Tokens Masks" in the space defined by HIS side of the "Sacrifice Area" (decided in (6.a:[1]) for "The Competition") ; Modifiers for "Sheets Costumes" in the Inventory of "The Competition" are NEVER applicable here. ; The modifiers for the "Sheets Costumes" in the Inventory of "The Defiance" are NEVER applicable here. ; If "The Competition" has no "Tokens Masks" in its Inventory it still continues the process. | [4] Analysis of the OVERBID between "The Defiance" and "The Competition | ; SI ___________________ (A.) ___________________ ; Modifiers for the "Sheets Costumes" in the "Competition" Inventory are NEVER applicable here. ; Modifiers from the "Sheets Costumes" in the "Defiance" Inventory are NEVER applicable here. ; The sum total of the values of "Tokens Masks" and "Tickets Tricks" committed as OVERWHELMING invested in THE side of the "Sacrifice Area" ... ...
